1. Eligibility for Returns: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for returns, including perishable goods, custom products, personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards.

3. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period (EU Customers Only): EU customers have 14 days to cancel or return their order for any reason without justification. The item must meet the standard eligibility criteria during this period.

 

Initiating a Return

1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please send an email to wear4nature@gmail.com with the following information: your order number, the reason for return, and attach the receipt of your purchase.

2. Approval & Return Instructions: Once we receive your return request, our customer support team will review it and provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if your return is eligible. Please wait for our approval before proceeding with the return.

3. Packaging & Shipping: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging or a secure box. Affix the provided return shipping label on the package. Send the item back to us within the specified return period.

4. Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. After the inspection, we'll notify you of the refund approval status. If your return is approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a completely different product, please follow our return process to return the original item and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error or a defective item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and you won't incur any shipping costs. However, if the return is due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
